PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Pitt-Bradford F Nathan Schneider had a huge week for Pitt-Bradford as the Panthers picked up a pair of AMCC victories. He averaged 28.0 points, 8.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 3.5 steals, and 2.0 blocks per game. Schneider shot 55.9% from the field on the week, including 44.4 from three, and added 14-of-17 from the line. He scored 31 with eight rebounds (three offensive) in the three-point win over Pitt-Greensburg, playing all 40 minutes. At Alfred State, Schneider scored 25 while recording nine rebounds, seven assists, and four steals.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona F Dwayne Jones had a huge week at both ends of the court for the Lions, who posted wins over AMCC opponents Mount Aloysius and Penn State Behrend to improve to 5-1 in the conference, as he recorded 22 points and seven blocks while grabbing a game-high 12 rebounds for his third double-double of the year, and he added two steals and two assists against Mt. Aloysius, he then helped the Lions achieve their first-ever win in Erie, as he grabbed a season-high 16 rebounds while scoring 11 points for his fourth double-double of the season, while also chipping in three assists, two blocks, and a steal...Alfred State G Paris Jamison had 33 points for the Pioneers against Pitt-Bradford, as he was the game's leader in points and went 11-for-17 from the field, including 10-for-10 from the charity stripe, he followed that up by pouring in 28 points against Mount Aloysius, while also adding six boards and an assist...Hilbert F Eddie Perez led the Hawks this week, posting his fourth and fifth double-doubles of the year, as he paced the Hawks with 21 points and 10 rebounds, while shooting 8-for-12 from the field in a tough road loss at Penn State Behrend, he then posted 18 points and 10 rebounds in the 83-74 loss to top-seeded La Roche...Pitt-Greensburg F Octavius Hardy averaged 19 points and 9.5 rebounds this past week, with his high being a 20-point and 11-rebound double-double against La Roche, putting up these numbers despite only averaging 20 minutes per game...PS-Behrend G Matthew McDonough averaged 17.0 points in a 1-1 week for the Lions, as he scored a season-high 25 points against Hilbert, dropping five triples before adding nine points against Altoona.
