PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Altoona G Javon Wilson had a big week for the Lions, as his team went 2-0 in AMCC play. In a win over Mount Aloysius on Wednesday night, he scored 30 points to go along with eight rebounds, four assists, and three steals. In Saturday's victory over Pitt-Bradford, he put up 22 points with five rebounds, five steals, and two assists. On the week, Wilson averaged 26.0 points per game, 6.5 rebounds per game, 4.0 steals per game, and 3.0 assists per game.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Pitt-Greensburg G Mike Connelly pushed Pitt-Greensburg to a 2-0 AMCC week averaging 24 points per game on 51.5% (7-13) shooting including 53.8% (7-13) from three, he also became the third member of the Bobcats' 2016 graduating class to score 1000 career points....D'Youville G Marcus Clarke led the team in scoring over their two games this week by averaging 13.5 points per game, leading the Spartans to a 1-1 record to keep their playoff hopes alive...Mount Aloysius G Dillon Bender averaged 23.5 points per game and drained nine three-pointers in an 0-2 week for the Mounties...Hilbert G Nehemiah Kornegay led the hawks to two wins this week, averaging 18 points and seven rebounds per game, while shooting 75% from the field...La Roche F Arnes Bajgora had a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds against Hilbert...Medaille G Johnathan Belton helped the Mavericks to a 1-1 week, averaging 15 points per game on 58.8% shooting from the floor and 80% from the free-throw line, including 19 points against Pitt-Greensburg...PS-Behrend G Matt Colpoys led the No. 23 Lions to their 15th straight win and another 2-0 week in AMCC action by averagins 14.5 points, 3.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game last week.
