The AMCC men's basketball Game of the Week features the top two teams in the conference, as the Lions of Penn State Altoona travel to Pittsburgh, PA to take on the La Roche University Redhawks. La Roche is the last remaining unbeaten team in the conference with a 6-0 record, while Penn State Altoona sits in second place with a 5-1 conference mark.

Penn State Altoona enters the Game of the Week on a four-game win streak, including a huge win over conference rival Penn State Behrend on Saturday. The 65-59 victory marked the first win ever in Erie for the Altoona Lions. The Lions boast a balanced offensive attack, as senior G Saivon Word leads the Lion offense with 14.1 points per game, junior F Mason Bush averages 11.6 points per game and senior G/F Andruw Harman is right behind him with 11.5 points per game and 6.2 boards per game. Sophomore F Dwayne Jones leads the Lions, and ranks sixth in the AMCC, with 6.7 rebounds per game, while also leading the conference with a 62.5 field goal percentage. As a team, Penn State Altoona ranks second in the conference with 80.9 points per game and leads the league with a 46.9 field goal percentage. 

La Roche enters the game 6-0 in conference play, sitting at the top of league standings as the only remaining undefeated team. They've won seven straight, with their most recent win coming on Saturday, an 83-74 victory over Hilbert. Senior G Devon Darrell runs the Redhawk offense, as he ranks third in the AMCC with 19.5 points per game, while his 70 total assists are second most in the AMCC this season. Junior G/F Joe Pipilo averages a solid 12.8 points per game and 5.2 rebounds per game, while his 38 three-point field goals are third-most in the conference. Senior G/F Jordan Grayson contributes 9.8 points per game, knocking down 33 three-pointers on the season while adding 20 blocks on the defensive end. As a team, the Redhawks average 76.3 points per game.
