The AMCC Men's Basketball Game of the Week features Penn State Behrend and Pitt-Bradford, both who enter the game with 1-1 conference records and sit in a four-way tie for third place with Penn State Altoona and Pitt-Greensburg.

The Behrend Lions will play game two of their three-game road trip at Pitt-Bradford on Wednesday. The Lions dropped their first conference game at La Roche on Saturday and are looking to bounce back against the Panthers. Behrend is in a four-way tie for third place in the AMCC with a 1-1 conference mark, with the Panthers and Lions being two of those teams. Senior guard RJ Marsh ranks fifth in the conference in rebounds per game (7.4), while junior guard Tommy DiRienzo continues to lead the Lions in scoring (13.9 ppg) and free-throw percentage (91.2). The Lions are tied for 26th in NCAA stats in scoring defense (62.8).

The Pitt-Bradford Panthers enter the contest at 7-6 overall with a 1-1 record in AMCC play. They are coming off of a stifling defensive performance that saw the Panthers hold Mount Aloysius to just 37 points, the lowest point total the program has allowed since 2000. Nathan Schneider recorded a double-double in the game, finishing with 14 points and 13 rebounds, while also leading the Panthers with three assists and five steals in the game. Outside of Schneider, who leads the AMCC in points (22.4) and rebounds (8.8) per game, Phillip Wallace has provided a valuable second option, as he has been able to score in the post and from beyond the arc, averaging 13.6 points per game. Jeremy Rodriguez has been a spark off the bench for the Panthers, as he has added 9.2 points per game on the offensive end, and 1.9 steals per game, which is the second-best average in the AMCC.
