Penn State Behrend men's basketball standout Zane Hackett was named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-Great Lakes Region First Team, announced on Thursday.

The NABC recognized the best men's collegiate basketball student-athletes and coaches in the division, selected by member coaches of the NABC in NCAA Division III. Hackett joins only a small handful of Lion players who have received this honor.

He is headed to Salem, VA to play in the Reese's Division III College All-Star game on Saturday at 3:30 p.m., prior to the NCAA Division III Championship game.
