PITCHER OF THE WEEK: Alfred State SR Jon White picked up two wins last week after pitching 13.0 innings for a 2.77 ERA. In the first win against Ferrum, he pitched 6.0 innings only allowing two earned runs on five hits with seven strikeouts. Then against New Paltz he pitched a complete 7.0 inning game allowing two earned runs on eight hits with six strikeouts.

BEST OF THE REST: Hilbert JR Dylan Moorhouse was stellar in his Hilbert debut, allowing only three Keuka hitters to reach base safely while striking out seven over 5.1 innings pitched to earn his first win of the season...Pitt-Bradford JR Shawn Mannering was dominant for Pitt-Bradford as he picked up a win in the season-opener at Bethany, allowing one earned run on three hits in five innings of work as he struck out 10 batters in his season debut, a 5-1 win...PS-Altoona JR Eli Wiles had a strong outing in relief in Sunday's season-opening doubleheader at Mary Baldwin, as the righty tossed three innings out of the bullpen, limiting the Squirrels to three hits and an unearned run while issuing no walks and striking out two batters...Mount Aloysius JR Chris Hasse went 7.0 innings and gave up three runs, with only one of them being earned, as he struck out five and scattered five hits against a Montclair State team who is on the precipice of the top 25...Wells SO Mason Smith pitched six innings vs SUNY Canton Saturday, allowing one run in a 4-1 victory for for the Express.
