HAMBURG, NY – The Penn State Behrend men's volleyball team clinched the 2023 Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Regular-Season Championship with a 3-0 victory against Hilbert on Wednesday night.

* The Lions have earned the No. 1 seed and will host the AMCC Tournament on April 14-15
* Behrend held the Hawks to single-digit kills in each set, sweeping Hilbert for the second time this season
* Cameron Schleicher (Meadville, PA/Meadville) hit .435 with a team-best 11 kills on 23 attempts
* Dylan Buzalka (Carlisle, PA/Cumberland Valley) tallied eight digs, seven kills and three block assists

* Three errors and a kill from Owen Wienczkowski sealed the first-set victory
* Hilbert was held to six kills in the second and third set, while Behrend knocked down 13 and 14 kills, respectively
* Adian Martinez (San Juan, PR/Wesleyan Academy) led with 12 digs and five assists, and Alex Jackson (Cochranton, PA/Cochranton) had a team-best 26 assists
