RUNNER OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend JR Riley Crissman had an outstanding performance over the weekend at the Oberlin Invitational in Ohio. Crissman placed eighth overall in a field of more than 310 runners. Crissman posted the second fastest time ever by a Berhend Lion at Oberlin's course, finishing the race with a time of 22:29.2 Overall, the Behrend Lions placed 16th as a team in the invitational.

BEST OF THE REST: Franciscan FR Alison Bryant helped the Lady Barons to their highest team finish at the Inter-Regional Rumble, setting a PR in a 6k race with a time of 23:07.2, 28 seconds faster than her previous PR...D'Youville JR Samantha Ruszczyk continued her strong 2018 season by taking sixth overall at the Cross Country only Championships Saturday morning, as she was again the top runner for the Spartans with a time of 24:35.6 in the 6k...Hilbert SR Megan Lee led from start to finish in a shortened race, completing the 3K race in 14:10.
