RUNNER OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend SO Riley Crissman scored the top time for the Lions with a 33rd overall finish out of 197 runner in the 6K with a time of 23:34.9. She led Behrend to place seventh out of 15 teams at the Mike Woods Invitational hosted by Geneseo State.

BEST OF THE REST: Franciscan FR Catherine Long once again was the lead Lady Baron runner at the All-Ohio Championship with a time of 23:58.8, a career-best by just over one minutes for the freshman, placing 38th out of 139 runners...Hilbert SO Alayna Defazio completed the Geneseo 6K in 38:26, five minutes faster than her 5K PR from a week ago...La Roche SR Andrea Luciano placed 36th and ran a 24:53 at the W&J Invitational.
