RUNNER OF THE WEEK: Hilbert SO Megan Lee ran a career-best 6K at the highly competitive Paul Short Run at Lehigh. She led the Hilbert women's team through the rolling hills at the Goodman Campus and is quickly taking on a leadership role on the team. Her 6K time of 24:16 places her in second place of the AMCC 2016 top times for 6K courses.

BEST OF THE REST: Franciscan SO Bernadette Williams ran her fastest time of the season at the Washington & Jefferson Invitational on Friday, crossing the 5K finish line in 19:53.32, putting her in second place in the AMCC 2016 top times for 5K courses...Mount Aloysius JR Cynthia Santoyo was the Mount's number one runner this weekend at the Bobcat Invitational with a 33rd place finish.
