NOLA EARNS SECOND RUNNER OF THE YEAR HONORS, ALL-CONFRENCE TEAM ANNOUNCED

Penn State Behrend junior Olivia Nola has been named the AMCC Runner of the Year for the second time in her career. Nola led the Lions in two meets during the regular season. At the Houghton Invitational, she ran a top conference 6k time of 23:03.6. At the AMCC Championships, Nola earned her second career AMCC Runner of the Year honor, finishing with a time of 23:10.76 at Delaware Park in Buffalo, NY.

Alfred State College freshman Oli Kraynik has earned Newcomer of the Year honors. Kraynik finished fifth at the AMCC Championship meet with a time of 24:45.67, and was the top freshman finsher. Kraynik led the Pioneers at the Rochester Invitational with a time of 26:43.8, she finished in the top 30 at the SUNY Fredonia Invitational with a 26:13.8, and wrapped up her regular season with a 24:39.2 finish at the Mike Woods Invite. She led the Pioneers to the best 5K average time in three years, as she completed the Roberts Wesleyan 5K course in 20:28.0, placing 51st out of 148 individuals.

Penn State Behrend head coach Greg Cooper earns his 10th Women's Coach of the Year honor after leading the Behrend women to their 13th overall, and fifth consecutive, AMCC conference title.
