BEHREND WOMEN PLACE SIXTH AT HOUGHTON

The Penn State Behrend women's cross country team placed sixth out of 16 teams with a score of 205 at the Houghton Invitational on Saturday morning.

Leading the Lions for the second straight meet was sophomore Riley Crissman with a 13th place overall finish in the 6K race. She finished with a final time of 24:03.6. 

Junior Courtney Sargent took second place for Behrend with a time of 24:47.2, which resulted in a 28th overall finish.

Sophomore Rebecca Worley finished in 41st place at 25:15.2 while senior Rachel Pell came in 56th with a final time of 25:40.9

Freshman Kelley Giles crossed the line in Behrend's top five finishers with a total time of 26:06.2 earning her a 67th place overall finish.
