LADY BARONS FINISH IN 16TH AT ALL-OHIO MEET

The Franciscan University women's cross country team took 16th out of 17 teams at the All-Ohio Meet, hosted by Cedarville, Friday afternoon.

Leading the pack of Lady Barons was freshman Catherine Long. The freshman posted the fastest 6K time of the season for Franciscan as she finished the course with a time of 23:58.8 and took 38th overall.

Sophomore Bernadette Williams took 94th overall as she came in at 25:45.9. Classmate Grace Galligan was not far behind as she took 105th with a time of 26:16.5.

Junior Deirdre Coyle was the fourth Lady Baron to cross the finish line as she took 118th with a time of 27:98.8. Freshman Morgan Litterer and sophomore Harper LaFond ran well together and finished 126th (28:09.6) and 128th (28:21.5). Sophomore Kara Shaugnessy rounded out the scorer runners for Franciscan with her 130th place finish at 28:47.6.
