PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Pitt-Bradford JR Jessica Jordan went 6-0 and put in a perfect weekend for the Panthers playing at #5 singles and in the #3 doubles pairing. Against Medaille she was able to pull through two close matches, winning 6-3, 6-4 in singles and 8-6 in doubles. She made much quicker work of her opponents on Saturday and Sunday. Against Penn State Behrend she won 6-1, 6-1 in singles and 8-1 in doubles and closed the weekend with a 6-0,6-0 singles victory and an 8-1 doubles win against Pitt-Greensburg.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Franciscan SR Grace Hammel is on a six-match winning streak at doubles and a five-match winning streak at singles, as she is perfect in AMCC action at singles and doubles this season, while playing up at No. 3 singles for the weekend and dropping just 8 games in six sets against AMCC teams...La Roche JR Jazmyn Davis came up extremely clutch for the Redhawks this weekend going 4-0 in her singles and double's matches against Juniata and conference opponent Mt. Aloysius. All four matches Davis competed in were competitive and decided by a close margin of victory, as she bested her opponents by a combined game score 26-19 in the singles matches and 16-12 in her two doubles matches...PS-Altoona SO Sophia Girol continued her excellent play for the Lady Lions this past week, as she went 3-0 in singles on the week, and 2-1 in doubles...Mount Aloysius SO Chloe Love went undefeated in straight sets on Sunday in a conference win against La Roche, winning at both #1 singles and #1 doubles.
