PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Mount Aloysius JR Maggie Willason went 6-0 over the weekend, including 4-0 in conference play. Willason helped propel the Mounties to 3-0 on the week. The junior did not lose a set in either doubles or singles matches, winning handily in all her singles matches.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona SR Brayley Lewis went undefeated on the week to help Penn State Altoona go 2-0, as she picked up both singles and doubles victories against Division II opponent Frostburg State University on Wednesday, and followed that up with two more W's against Penn State Behrend on Friday...D'Youville FR Faith Falkowski had a very impressive weekend for the Spartans over the weekend as she helped the team pick up a pair of conference wins by picking up a 6-0, 6-0 singles win and an 8-0 doubles victory on Saturday in a 6-3 win over La Roche, then on Sunday in an 8-1 victory over Pitt-Greensburg, Falkowski tallied two more victories as she won her singles match 6-0, 6-2 and her doubles match 8-1...Medaille JR Miranda Van Hout showed a stellar performance this weekend on the road against La Roche University and Pitt-Greensburg, as she won all of her matches for her team, shutting out the opponents of La Roche University and capturing the win in both singles and doubles play against Pitt-Greensburg...Franciscan JR Ana Victoria Haddad swept her AMCC singles and doubles match this week, while also winning all three doubles matches...La Roche FR Alexandra Jaksec earned her third singles and doubles wins of the season this past week in conference play, as she also earned the right to play first singles this year in the Redhawks previous match against D'Youville.
