SWIMMER OF THE WEEK: Alfred State SO Mallory O'Keefe notched three wins on the day. She started the day by rebreaking her 200 fly school record she set last week. In that event, she touched the wall in 2:18.00. She followed with a 5:32.14 in the 500 free for first place. Then in the 1000 free, O'Keefe pulled away from the pack to finish in 11:20.31 for first place. In the 200 free relay, the team of Madison Snayczuk, O'Keefe, Gabriela Leite, and Anna Ivery took first place with a time of 1:41.47. With that time, they earned a spot in the nation's top-25.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona SR Sarah Petry had two individual first-place finishes for the Lions during Saturday's home loss to non-conference opponent Saint Vincent. She provided her team with its first win of the meet by achieving a triumph in the 200 Yard Freestyle with a time of 2:07.17. She earned her second victory of the day in the 500 Yard Freestyle, in which she finished in 5:43.90...PS-Behrend SO Jadyn Danylko won the 100 butterfly by four seconds with a time of 1:02.43. She also placed second in the 200 butterfly, dropping six seconds from the previous weekend with a time of 2:22.71...Pitt-Bradford SO Isabella Cercone had one win and one runner-up finish in the Panthers' dual meet loss to Alfred. She won the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:14.53, which beat the field by more than 10 seconds. She also took 2nd in the IM, finishing in 2:33.85.
