SWIMMER OF THE WEEK: PS-Altoona FR McKenna Holl had two individual first place finishes and was part of a relay first place in the Lions' 124-47 win over AMCC opponent Pitt-Bradford on Friday night. She recorded a first place finish in the 100 Yard IM with a time of 1:10.05, and she later came in first in the 100 Yard Backstroke by clocking in at 1:09.08. The freshman was also part of the group that took first in the 200 Yard Medley Relay with a combined time of 2:09.53.

BEST OF THE REST: Pitt-Bradford FR Bailey Fedak had a strong showing in the Panthers first action of the new year, as she won one event, took third in a second. Fedak was able to win the 50-yard freestyle by half a second as she posted a time of 28.1 She took third in the 100 freestyle with a time of 1:05.49
