Throughout the 2021-22 academic year, the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) will be celebrating its 25th anniversary. As part of the celebration, the AMCC office will be releasing a 25th anniversary all-AMCC team for each of its 16 conference-sponsored sports.

In the sport of women's swimming, Penn State Behrend's Anne Lawrence (2010, 2011) and Gwen Lowery (2016, 2018) were each two-time AMCC Swimmer of the Year honorees. 

On the diving side, there have been several individuals who have earned Diver of the Year honors. This includes Penn State Behrend's Krystal Kovach (2008, 2009, 2010), Meghan Wade (2012, 2013), Franciscan University's Kellie Rankin (2014, 2016), and Alfred State College's Sarah Stevens (2018, 2019).
