OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Pitt-Greensburg F Ashley Lucas continued her remarkable freshman season with two great performances this past week in Pitt-Greensburg's victories at Franciscan and Alfred State. Lucas tallied four goals and dished out an assist for a total of nine points over the two-game span. The freshman notched her second hat-trick of the season in the 4-1 victory at Franciscan and followed with a goal and an assist at Alfred State on Saturday afternoon. Lucas has now scored in 11-straight games and in 14 of the 15 games this season. She currently leads the country in goals (21), points (52), and game-winning-goals (10). With the wins, Pitt-Greensburg remains undefeated at 15-0-0 overall and 7-0-0 in the AMCC.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Mount Aloysius M Maddie Doyle scored the deciding goal in both games in a 2-0 week for the Mounties, as her goal against Altoona came early on to propel them to a 3-0 win, then on Saturday at Medaille, she scored the goal to give the Mounties a 2-1 lead in the second half as they would go on to win 3-1...PS-Behrend F Brenna McGuire tallied three goals on the week, as she had the game-winning goal against Pitt-Bradford on Tuesday along with one more in the second half, she then netted one more against La Roche on Saturday in a 2-0 win...Franciscan D Emma Cross had her first career hat trick on Saturday against Hilbert, as she also helped the team defend their fourth shutout of the season...D'Youville M Jordan Pachla had another impressive week for the women as they earned their fourth conference win of the season, as she scored a pair of goals in the 3-0 victory over Medaille on Tuesday...PS-Altoona F Sadie McConnell had a strong week for the Lady Lions in a 1-1 week of AMCC play, scoring one goal (a game-winner against Pitt-Bradford) with five total shots attempted, including three shots on goal...Alfred State M Emily Winter scored a pair of goals off the bench in the Pioneers 3-0 win at Hilbert.
