The senior scored a career-high 35 points and broke the school’s all-time scoring record in an 80-67 semifinal win over Pitt-Bradford. Cygan scored another 16 points and grabbed 7 boards in a 91-55 win over Mount Aloysius for the title. Cygan finishes the season ranked 1st in points per game (18.3) and 4th in FG % (49.7%).
