The AMCC Women's Basketball Game of the Week features the La Roche University Redhawks taking on the Lions of Penn State Behrend, as both teams remain undefeated at 2-0 in conference play. The Redhawks edged out the Lions in the AMCC championship game last season by the final score of 71-70.

La Roche enters Wednesday night's contest against Penn State Behrend holding a 28 game AMCC winning streak, after defeating Alfred State College on Saturday, 80-48. The Redhawks were led by Jazmine Dunn's 21 points and nine assists, while Machia Hairston who is second in the AMCC in rebounding, collected 17. La Roche has won the last four games of the series, including last season's AMCC Championship thriller.

Behrend enters Wednesday’s contest with a 3-5 overall record, starting out conference play 2-0 after victories over Carlow and Pitt-Greensburg last week. Junior guard Rachel Majewski led the way for the Lions in both victories, tallying a game-high 18 points against the Celtics and tied her career-high with 30 points vs. the Bobcats. Majewski also set career-high in three-pointers made with four against Pitt-Greensburg. She leads the team with 17.9 points per game, while sophomore guard Morgan Altavilla has registered 10.4 points per game and team-high 3.4 assists per game. On the glass, Rachel Kaulis (6.5 rbg) and Alexis Furyes (5.9 rbg) lead the team in rebounds per game. Furyes has also notched 2.3 blocks per game.
