PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend OF Sierra Williams hit .615/.667/1.154 in a 6-0 week for the Lions, improving the team's record to 12-0 to remain in first place of the AMCC standings. Williams registered eight hits, including five extra-base hits, and drove in 10 runs while scoring six. The centerfielder smacked three doubles and two triples and walked twice. Williams had four RBI on two hits vs. Pitt-Bradford (game two) and went 4-for-6 with four RBI, three runs scored and a triple against Altoona.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Altoona INF Alyssa Fisher went 11-for-21 (.524) at the plate with nine runs scored, three doubles, one triple, and one walk in doubleheaders against AMCC opponents Pitt-Greensburg, Pitt-Bradford, and Penn State Behrend last week, she had a team-high 16 total bases on the week, posted a .545 on-base percentage, and slugged .762...Mount Aloysius C/OF Maggie Cypher led the Mounties to a 4-0 week, picking up two hits in three of their four games, while scoring in all four contests, she also had two extra base hits, with one home run and a double, drove in five runs and scored seven times...La Roche OF/P Ashtin Hoover went 3-for-8 at the plate, while scoring three runs and recording an RBI in Tuesday's doubleheader against Mt. Aloysius, she went on to end the week with a remarkable Saturday doubleheader against Wells, as she went 4-for-6 at the dish, drew one walk, scored five runs and swiped six bases...Pitt-Bradford P/SS Krisyln Clement had a huge week for Pitt-Bradford as the Panthers went 4-2 on the week, she recorded a .313 batting average, tallying four extra-base hits, including her first career home run, while also scoring three runs and driving in eight more, while also going 2-1 in the circle for the Panthers...Pitt-Greensburg 1B Makenzie Lang batted .429 for the week with a home run and six RBI, as she now leads the team with two home runs, she had nine hits and struck out just one time in 21 at bats...Carlow SS/2B McKenna Pierce hit .316 on the week with three doubles, a home run and six RBI as Carlow went 3-3 (2-2 in AMCC)...Hilbert P/INF Samantha Heppel batted .545 for the week and .667 in conference games, including her first career homerun while recording three RBI vs Mount Aloysius.
