PITCHER OF THE WEEK: PS-Behrend FR AJ Nichols did not allow one run in three wins in the circle this week. She allowed eight hits and threw two shut-out victories against Pitt-Bradford and La Roche. In 19.2 innings, she struck out 20, including nine in a 2-0 win against the Redhawks. Nichols currently leads the AMCC with a 1.35 ERA.

BEST OF THE REST: Medaille SR Amanda Mesi went 4-1 in the circle with three complete games and an era of 1.82, giving up just 33 hits and six earned runs, while striking out 17 batters in 29.2 innings, her 4-1 record includes a big win over PS Altoona who was previously unbeaten...D'Youville SR Kalie McHenry went 4-2 with 42.2 innings pitched, 32 strikeouts and a 1.48 ERA...PS-Altoona JR Kate Burge pitched 30 innings and gave up 35 hits, 11 earned runs, and 14 walks while striking out 28 batters and compiling a 2.57 ERA...La Roche FR Kaylee Grassmeyer pitched to a 2.39 ERA in 14.2 innings last week...Hilbert FR Rachel Allen recorded 10 strikeouts and picked up the win against Franciscan, while also striking out six against Medaille..Mount Aloysius FR Morgan Rackish went 2-2 with 23 innings pitched, giving up 16 earned runs and striking out 14.
