Mount Aloysius College freshman shortstop Sarah Henninger has been named the 2023 AMCC Newcomer and Player of the Year. Henninger led the AMCC in conference play with 26 hits, 17 runs scored, 19 RBI, eight doubles, and four triples. She also recorded a conference-leading 13 extra-base hits in AMCC games. Henninger ranked third in conference play with a .510 batting average and topped the league with an .882 slugging percentage.

Penn State Altoona sophomore Madison Peters has been tabbed the AMCC Pitcher of the Year. Peters led the AMCC in wins (13) saves (1), shutouts (3), and strikeouts (87). She also ranked second in innings pitched (111 1/3), fourth in strikeouts per game (5.47), ERA (2.70), and appearances (20), fifth in games started (15), and sixth in batting average against (.252). 

Mount Aloysius head coach Jeff Bicko has been named the AMCC Coach of the Year for the second time in his career. Bicko led the Mounties to a share of the regular season title with Penn State Behrend, as they finished with a 12-2 conference record and earned the No. 2 seed in the conference tournament.
