STENTA TABBED SECOND TEAM ALL-EAST REGION

Pitt-Bradford senior Bri Stenta has been selected to the Second Team All-East Region for softball by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association, the only player in the AMCC to receive the honor.

Stenta is only the seventh Panther in program history to receive All-Region honors and only the third Panther to be selected to Second Team All-East Region.

Additionally, Stenta was selected to the AMCC All-Conference First Team as an outfielder.

Stenta had a noteworthy season this year, leading the entire conference in batting average and finishing with the highest single-season batting average in Pitt-Bradford history at .485. She also became a member of the Pitt-Bradford 100-hit club on April 25 in a game against the La Roche Redhawks.

Stenta led the Panthers in several different offensive categories, including batting average, on-base percentage (.518), slugging percentage (.699), RBIs (29), hits (50) and doubles (7). Stenta also posted a .939 fielding percentage.
