Penn State Behrend outfielder and pitcher Kelly Hedderick has been named to the 2014 ECAC Division III South Softball All-Star Team. The sophomore was selected to the second team in the outfield.

Hedderick, a two-time All-AMCC choice, was selected to the first team this season after hitting .393 and smacking a conference-leading nine home runs. She also tallied 48 hits, 47 RBIs and 32 runs. Hedderick hit her first grand slam of her collegiate career this year to go with seven doubles and three triples. She also posted a .721 slugging percentage.

On the mound, Hedderick went 2-2 in nine appearances and three starts. She struck out 21 batters in 28 innings of work, while earning one shut-out victory.
