RUNNER OF THE WEEK: Pitt-Greensburg SO Ethan Barrick won his second race of the season at the Mount Aloysius Invitational by beating the second place runner by over 50 seconds. This was his second start of the fall after missing the last two races due to injury. Barrick completed the 5k course in 17:17. 

BEST OF THE REST: Alfred State FR Mamadou Barry wias the first Pioneer to cross the line at the SUNY Fredonia Invitational with a time of 29:13.9 in the 8k for 43rd place...Hilbert FR Alex Scheer helped the Hilbert men to win the Mt Aloysius Invite by finishing eighth overall and serving as the second Hilbert runner, completing the 5k race in 19:11.70...Carlow SO Byron Gaskins led the Celtics to another team podium finish, their second on the season, after have not scoring as a team multiple times since the 2018-19 season.
