RUNNER OF THE WEEK: Franciscan JR Liam Galligan won his third straight individual title this past weekend and helped lead Franciscan to back-to-back Championships. Galligan finished the championship race in 24:42.7, placing first out of 73 individuals. He set the AMCC championship record time as he will continue to practice in preparation for the NCAAs.

BEST OF THE REST: Medaille SO Nicholas Cicero ran a team-best at the AMCC Championship with a 28:59 time, setting a career-high for himself with that mark...La Roche FR Andy Domasky was the Redhawks' top finisher at the AMCC Championship, placing 22nd overall with a time of 29:09.2, beating his top time of the season by 35 seconds and helping La Roche finish 5th overall, three spots higher than last year.
