RUNNER OF THE WEEK: Alfred State SO Gavin Bathgate was the men's indivdual champion at the AMCC championship race after finishing in 10th place in 2019. Bathgate finished the 5K in 18:29.06.

BEST OF THE REST: La Roche FR Rene Adbalah placed 11th at the AMCC Championship with a time of 20:52.38 (average mile - 6:43) in his first collegiate race. His top 15 finish earned him a spot on the All-Conference team.
