BEHREND TAKES MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY TEAM TITLE; ASC'S BATHGATE IS INDIVIDUAL CHAMP

With a team score of 23, and taking five of the top-ten places on the day, the Penn State Behrend men's cross country team won the AMCC Cross Country Championship on Sunday afternoon at La Roche University. In second place was Alfred State University with 32 points, while La Roche University rounded out the top three with 82 points.

Alfred State sophomore Gavin Bathgate was the men's indivdual champion, finishing the 5K in 18:29.06. Behrend junior Phoenix Myers and senior Jake Lehotsky finished in second and third, crossing the finish line in 18:36.68 and 18:46.12, respectively. 

Coming in fourth place was Alfred State junior Ryan Lohr, with a time of 19:12.84. Completing the top five was Behrend freshman Chris Annear with a 19:40.59 finish.
