The AMCC men's and women's swimming and diving championship starts Wednesday evening with the diving competition at Grove City College as part of the Grove City Invitational. Penn State Behrend will be looking to extend their dominance of both the men's and women's events. The Lions have won all seven previous conference titles.

Performers to watch on the men's side this weekend include:

Penn St. Behrend JR Dan Simon...2013 Co-Swimmer of the Year...defending champion in 50 free, 100 back and 200 back.

Penn St. Altoona SO Alex Fisher...standout performer in the 100 and 200 breaststroke and 200 IM.

Pitt-Bradford SR Matt Patterson...expected to excel in the 200 back and 400 IM, while also contributing in the 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays. 

Cabrini College FR Todd Walker...watch for him to challenge in the 100 fly and 100 and 200 backstroke events.
