The Penn State Behrend men's soccer team is set to battle Pitt-Greensburg in the AMCC Game of the Week. Game time is 2 p.m. at the Behrend Stadium.

The Behrend Lions will be celebrating three seniors before the game: Sean AbrahamNick Laskey, and Justin LeDonne. They have helped the Lions to a 42-10-4 overall record and a 20-2-1 conference mark. Behrend started off the week with a 9-0 win against Hilbert on Wednesday, marking the sixth straight win and shutout for Behrend. Justin Hockenberger had a career-high four goals vs. the Hawks. Blake Cooper added a pair of goals, while Nate Rondinelli and Hockenberger converted penalty kicks. Behrend is eighth in the NCAA DIII statistics in goals-against average (.400). The Lions have given up only six goals in 16 games.

The Bobcats are tied for first in the AMCC with a 4-0-1 record (8-3-4 overall). Pitt-Greensburg rallied from a 1-0 deficit to defeat Penn State Altoona 2-1 on Wednesday, as Ross Hartley scored the game-winning goal on a penalty kick in the 82nd minute. That was Hartley's first goal of the season. Caleb Yuricha is first in the AMCC in goals with 12. Pitt-Greensburg goalkeeper Danny Rodgers is second in the AMCC, behind Behrend goalie Sam York, in the conference in save percentage (.831) and goals-against average (.860).

Behrend has won 16 in a row against the Bobcats to improve to 22-4 all-time. The Lions and Pitt-Greensburg rivalry began in 1998, with the Bobcats last win coming on a 4-2 decision in 2004. Last season, Behrend posted a 3-0 win on September 25.
