The AMCC men's soccer game of the week features the defending conference champion, Penn State Behrend (10-4, 5-0 AMCC), and the Franciscan University Barons (9-3-2, 4-1-1 AMCC). While the Lions are looking for a top seed to defend their title, the Barons are in the hunt for their first-ever crown.

Franciscan is coming off of their first conference a loss, a 3-0 decision to Mount Aloysius College on Wednesday afternoon. The Barons are led by AMCC Offensive Preseaon Player of the Year in senior forward Leo Herrmann who leads the conferene with 14 goals. He is also tied for third in the conferene with seven assists for a league-leading 35 points. Senior goal keeper Thomas Dosedel ranks fourth in the conference with a 1.37 goals against average and is fifth with a .750 save percentage. 

Penn State Behrend has sustained a perfect record in conference play thus far, allowing only one goal in four AMCC matches. Senior Matt Dziadosz leads the Lions in goals (6), assists (7), and points (19). Behrend is tied for first in the AMCC in goals allowed this season (13). In addition, goalkeeper Chris Ralph leads the conference in both goals against (8) and goals-against average (.84). The Lions hold an undefeated 9-0 all-time record against the Barons, outscoring Franciscan 43-6.
