The AMCC men's soccer Game of the Week features the two remaining undefeated teams in the conference. Mt. Aloysius enters the game at 7-0, while Behrend stands at 8-0 in AMCC play. The Mounties and the Lions will be fighting for much more than bragging rights, as they are both playing for home field advantage in the upcoming conference playoffs.

The Mount Aloysius men's soccer team enters Saturday's contest with Penn State Behrend as winners of eight of their past nine games, with the lone loss occurring on Wednesday on the road at regionally ranked Carnegie Mellon. The Mounties have outscored conference opposition by a 22-6 margin and feature a balanced attack as five players have scored at least four goals, led by freshman Thomas Sloan (8 goals) and juniors Jim Smith and Kevin Ouellette (six goals apiece). Smith leads the conference and is among the top 10 in the nation with 12 assists. Defensively, the Mounties are led by junior goalkeeper Justin Hann and junior defender Todd Azeles. Hann has a 1.56 goals against average and .747 save percentage in 14 starts, while Azeles earned AMCC Defensive Player of the Week last week for his play along the backline. Mount Aloysius has already tied the school record for wins in a season with 10

The Penn State Behrend men’s soccer team is cruising on an 11-game winning streak, remaining a perfect 8-0 in AMCC action. They have outscored their opponents 37-3 during their streak. Senior forward Nick Stewart is second in the conference with 11 goals and third in points with 23. Senior goalkeeper Will Cole leads the AMCC in goals against (2), goals against average (.32) and save percentage (.867). The Lions are a perfect 12-0 in the all-time series against the Mounties and have only conceded one goal. Behrend looks to clinch the regular season and home field throughout the playoffs with a victory.
