The AMCC men's soccer Game of the Week features Penn State Behrend and Medaille College, two schools that have dominated the men's soccer scene in the AMCC for the past decade. Dating back to 2005, it was either the Lions or the Mavericks who have claimed every regular season and conference tournament championship in the AMCC. Overall, Behrend and Medaille have each claimed six conference titles. Most recently, Behrend was triumphant over Medaille, 1-0, in the 2014 conference championship.

Penn State Behrend riding an eight-game winning streak heading into Tuesday's game at Medaille. The Lions (11-1-1, 5-0 AMCC) are off to their best start in program history, topping the 11-2 start in 2012. Behrend's defense, led by senior Mike Worthy and junior Evan Augustine, has shut out opponents in four consecutive games amounting to six total shutouts during their win streak. The defense has only given up two shots on goal in their last four shut out victories. Behrend is led offensively by junior Anthony Crivelli and senior Nick Stewart, the ECAC South Region Athlete of the Week. Crivelli leads the team with 21 points (8 goals, 5 assists) and Stewart has scored in six of the Lion's last seven games. The Lions look to continue their three-game winning streak against the Mavericks with a win.

Medaille (9-3-1, 3-0-1 AMCC) has been playing very well as of late, going 4-0-1 in their last five matches. The Mavericks are undefeated in AMCC play, defeating Pitt-Greensburg, Pitt-Bradford, and Franciscan by a combined score of 10-3. Their lone tie of the season came on the road against Penn State-Altoona, a 1-1 draw on Saturday, October 3. Junior forward Junior Geegba leads Medaille with nine goals and 21 points this season. Those totals are good enough to place him second in the conference for both categories. Junior keeper Brian Arcara leads the AMCC in save percentage, with an impressive .765.
