The Hilbert College Hawks will travel to Pittsburgh, PA on Saturday to take on the La Roche College Redhawks in the AMCC Baseball Games of the Week.

Hilbert baseball enters the La Roche doubleheader 16-9 on the season and on a three-game AMCC win streak after sweeping Bradford this week. Tied with Behrend for second place in the league with a 5-3 record, the Hawks have a seasoned group holding strong on the mound. Dylan Moorhouse started fast with a 5-2 record over 40-innings of work. Spencer Harford (3-2) and Ronald Mort (2-3) carry the load with Mort leading the way with 2.15 era. Brendan Walsh has already added three more saves to his record-setting Hilbert career. Hilbert generates offensive punch scoring double digit runs in nine games. Jairo Santos recorded 35 hits (.398) with a team-best 23 RBI and John Riviere-Vejas trails right behind with .394 and 28 hits in six fewer games but leads the league with 13 stolen bases.

The La Roche Redhawks enter the Games of the Week with a 9-16 overall record and are 5-5 in conference play. They're coming off a split with conference-leader Mount Aloysius, where they won the second game 7-3. Senior OF/C Dimitri Gary leads the team with 27 hits and three homeruns while scoring 18 runs and adding 10 RBI. Larry Bielawski, Tanner Schmitt, and Josh Dreyer each have eight stolen bases, while Jones and Bielawski each have two wins on the mound this season.
