STEUBENVILLE, Oh. - The La Roche Women's soccer team was defeated by Franciscan University wednesday evening in a non-conference matchup. The final score was 6-0. The Redhawks are now 1-4 on the seaosn while the Barons improve to 3-1.

• In the first half La Roche made an own goal to make the score 0-1 Franciscan
• Three more goals were scored to end the first half at 0-4 Franciscan
• The second half had two more goals by Franciscan to make it 0-6
• LRU out-shot Franciscan 18-17, but the Barons had 11 shots on goal compared to the Redhawks seven
