Men's Basketball Freezes in the Paint

BEREA, OH - Men's basketball will be returning from the road after a tough loss from the Yellow Jackets.

The team worked hard during the entire 40 minutes but unfortunately was not able to gain a lead.

The Redhawks seemed to have fallen short in the paint. Baldwin Wallace was able to power up 50 points in the paint whereas La Roche only netted 30.

Joe Pipilo was the bright spot for the team. The senior created scoring opportunities for himself, earning 11 points. He also worked hard on defense to lead the team with 6 total rebounds.

The Redhawk benched put in work for the team, contributing just over half of the final score. Isaiah Thomas was a prime example of this. Thomas recorded 11 points as a reserve, tying with Pipilo.

The final Redhawk to join double digits was Devon Darrell who sunk all but one foul shot to stay consistent for his team. He recorded 10 points in tonight's contest.

The team will be back on their home court this Sunday for their final game before the Holiday Break.
