FORT PIERCE, Fla. – The Penn State Behrend baseball team fell short against non-conference Kenyon, falling 5-3 on Friday afternoon over spring break.

Key Moments:

* Alex Grow threw a complete game and fanned 13 batters to help Kenyon in the win
* Grow also scored the go-ahead run in the bottom of the fifth off an Andrew Rabinowitz double
* The Lordes tallied five runs on 12 hits, while Behrend tallied three runs on four hits
* Josh Wagner (South Park, PA/South Park) and Braden Paulinellie (DuBois, PA/DuBois) each tallied two hits for the Lions
* Behrend tallied a run in a two-error second inning
* Christian Pacifico (Somerset, PA/Somerset) scored the run to get the Lions on the board
* Behrend registered two runs with two outs showing in the fifth to knot the game at 3-all
* Paulinellie and Zac Bogats (Corapolis, PA/Moon) came off second and third on an error
* In addition to scoring a run in the fifth, Kenyon added an insurance run in the seventh for the two-run win
* Thomas Zbezinski (Gibsonia, PA/Pine Richland) struck out 10 in the loss, the second highest in his career
* Wagner heads into the final day of spring break on a 10-game hitting streak
