MOUNTIE VOLLEYBALL DONATES PROFITS FROM PINK-OUT GAME

Pressing the message that early detection of breast cancer is the best road to a cure, Mount Aloysius College helped the Windber Medical Center’s Joyce Murtha Breast Care Center spread the word. The Fourth Annual Mounties “Pink Out” volleyball game and other activities, including t-shirt sales, a basket party, concessions and raffles, raised $3,937.56 this year for the Joyce Murtha Breast Care Center (JMBCC) at Windber Medical Center. The Lady Mounties took on the La Roche College Redhawks on October 20, 2015

The full-court press against breast cancer was a cooperative Mount Aloysius effort involving students, staff and faculty from several department including: Athletics, Controller, Human Resources, Surgical Technology, Science and Mathematics, and Student Activities Departments at the College.
