ERIE, Pa. - The Penn State Behrend women's basketball team will honor the three seniors in the final regular-season home game against Pitt-Greensburg on Saturday. Game time is set for 4 p.m.

* The Behrend Lions are honoring seniors McKenzie Hovis, Jordan Swartz and Brianna Dean
* The seniors have helped the Lions to a 57-22 overall record, an unprecedented 28-11 mark in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) and a 27-9 record playing here on their home court
*They have made an appearance in the AMCC Championship Tournament twice and advanced to the ECAC Tournament in 2020 and 2022
* The Lions hosted Alfred State on Wednesday, earning an 83-59 victory
* Rachel Majewski (Erie, PA/Villa Maria Academy) scored 18 first-half points and finished with 23
* Heading into the AMCC Tournament, Behrend clinched the No. 2 spot for the AMCC playoffs and will face the winner of Mt. Aloysius and Pitt-Greensburg in the semifinals next Friday at La Roche
* Behrend is sixth in NCAA DIII statistics in three-point percentage (35.9) and ninth in assist/turnover ratio (1.23)
