PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Pitt-Bradford OH Emily Cleveland averaged 3.41 kills per set and had 10 or more kills in four of five matches against tough competition this weekend. She hit at a .301 percentage, making just 17 errors with 58 total kills in 136 swings. Cleveland added three assists and eight blocks on her way to earning a spot on the Ginny Hunt Classic All-Tournament Team.

 

BEST OF THE REST: Franciscan RS Meghan Bayer led the Lady Barons to a 2-0 week, posting a double-double against La Roche on Saturday with 16 kills and 10 digs, while adding 17 kills against Bethany, and hitting .287 for the week...PS-Altoona OH Lauren Diller totaled 38 digs (4.22 digs per set), 18 points (2.0 points per set), 16 kills (1.78 kills per set), and four block assists (0.44 blocks per set) in two matches for the Lady Lions last week...Mount Aloysius L Kylee Clawson led the Mounties in digs in a 3-1 week, recording game-highs of 32 and 24 digs against St. Vincent and Chatham, while also adding two kills and four aces for the week...PS-Behrend OH Emily Archer led the Lions to a 2-2 week, recording 38 kills, 14 digs, seven blocks and six assists, as she recorded double-digit kills in a pair of matches, including 12 against Fredonia on Wednesday night and posted her first double-double of the season with 12 digs and 11 kills in a 3-1 win over Wells...D'Youville L Desiree Walters had a very impressive weekend with a career performance on Friday evening, tallying a career-high 31 digs against Nazareth in the 3-1 loss on Friday, adding one assist and one service ace...Hilbert MH Ashley Repine posted 2.75 kills per set in four-set loss at Elmira, as her 11 kills and 12 digs marked her second double-double of the season...Medaille MB Lindsay Howell had a strong performance this weekend at the Bengal Challenge hosted by Buffalo State, picking up a total of 27 kills for the weekend, not only was this the highest for the team but it also earned her a spot on the all-tournament team...Alfred State OH Kiara Perkins finished with double digit kills in a pair of Pioneer victories this week, as she also collected 23 digs and had a .274 hitting percentage...La Roche MH Janet Aland recorded a career-high 13 kills against conference opponent Franciscan University last Saturday, besting her former career-high of eight, which she recorded once every year of her collegiate career, she did so while recording an extremely efficient .435 hitting percentage on only three errors...Pitt-Greensburg OH Mackenzie Schropp started all three games for the Bobcats where she played all 11 sets, leading the team with 26 kills (2.36 kills/set), while also contributing four service aces and defensively posting 32 digs, for an average of 2.91/set.
