On Thursday, she set a career-high in both kills (16) and digs (20), in a win against Hood. Saturday, she produced another career-high in digs, with 30 in a loss to Lebanon Valley. For the week, Richards averaged 4.63 digs per set, 2.56 kills per set and also added two blocks.

BEST OF THE REST: Alfred State MH Keturah Gregory was essential in dominant weekend over former conference rival Medaille and cross-the-street rival Alfred University, as she recoreded 3.14 kills per set, 1.14 digs per set and six total blocks while hitting at a .500 clip...La Roche DS Kenzie Kerkan recorded 46 digs last week, with her game-high coming on Saturday morning against Lycoming with 18 digs over all four sets, finishing out the week with a digs per set ratio of 4.60...PS-Behrend OH Hannah Phillips recorded her sixth double-double of the season by recording a team-best 20 digs vs. the Blue Streaks on Friday, while also adding 12 kills and two blocks...PS-Altoona L Erin Lutz totaled seven digs in the Lions' 3-0 loss at Messiah on Friday evening, surpassing the 500-dig mark for her career at Penn State Altoona...Hilbert L Lita Ledesma was a dominant force on defense, earning 26 total digs this week, averaging 3.25 digs per set.
