The Penn State Behrend women's volleyball team will host Alfred State College in a showdown of the two undefeated teams remaining in the AMCC on Wednesday night in the Junker Center. The match begins at 7 p.m. 

Alfred State (14-1, 4-0 AMCC) enters the match-up on a 10-game winning streak. Nine of the ten wins were sweeps of their opponent. The team has only played four games in a match three times this year. Senior OH Kiara Perkins leads the team with 129 kills (2.9/set) while freshman S/L Nayomie Ferrer has passed out 392 assists (9.33/set). In the middle, junior Keturah Gregory has 98 kills and has an amazing .515 hitting percentage.The Pioneers have a hitting percentage of .257 on the year and are averaging 3.85 aces per set.

The Lions enter the match 16-4 overall and 5-0 in the AMCC after posting a 3-1 win at La Roche University on Saturday. Sarah Cole hit. 351 in a pair of wins for the Lions last week. Cole tallied 20 kills, five blocks and two digs in the week, while also registering a team-high 13 kills on 26 attempts at La Roche. 

Behrend is undefeated against Alfred State with four wins dating back to 2017. The Lions have not given up a set against the Pioneers.
