OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Altoona F Mallorie Smith kept up her great freshman season in a pair of AMCC games this past week. In Tuesday's loss at Mount Aloysius, she scored a goal while attempting eight shots, putting six on goal. In Saturday's overtime win over La Roche in the first round of the AMCC Tournament, the freshman forward scored two goals, including the overtime game-winner. She also had 10 shot attempts, putting six on target. On the week, Smith scored three goals for a total of six points, attempted 18 shots, and put 12 shots on goal.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend F Brenna McGuire scored a season-best four goals against Medaille in the regular-season finale for the Lions on Tuesday, she had a hat-trick in the first 12 minutes, netting the eventual game winner 6:50 into the contest...Mount Aloysius M Jasmine Hinton registered her first career hat-trick on Saturday against Medaille, as she scored the first two goals of the game and added a third in the second half, helping the Mounties to a 7-1 victory...Pitt-Greensburg D Tiff Michalek had a goal and two assists in a 5-0 win over LaRoche in the final conference game of the season, leading the Bobcats to the No. 2 seed in the AMCC Playoffs....Medaille M Courtney Kline was the only Maverick to find the back of the net last week, as she had a total of one goal and two shots, including the only goal of the game against Mount Aloysius in the first round of the AMCC tournament...Hilbert M Amber Stuck lifted Hilbert to a 2-1 come-back-victory over Alfred State which gave the Hawks their second AMCC win of the year, as she scored a PK to knot the game and also connected on the game-winner...Pitt-Bradford D Katie Anderton scored two goals for the Panthers in their season finale against Juniata, a she scored one off of a rebound on a free-kick, and put a penalty kick off the crossbar and into the corner for the second.
