OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Altoona M/F Sadie McConnell had a pair of two-goal games while powering her team's offense in AMCC wins for the Lions last week. In Thursday afternoon's 4-1 victory at AMCC foe Hilbert, she finished with two goals, four shot attempts, and two shots on goal. In Saturday's 3-2 win at conference opponent Medaille, McConnell totaled two goals, seven shot attempts, and six shots on goal. On the week, she finished with four goals (including two game-winning goals) for a total of eight points, 11 shot attempts, and eight shots on goal.

BEST OF THE REST: Pitt-Greensburg D Tiffany Michalek had a stellar week, starting with a hat trick in a 7-1 non-conference win against Franciscan followed by a two-goal game in an AMCC win against Alfred State, while also notching two assists on the week...PS-Behrend F Trinity Prestash had three goals and one assist in a 2-0 week for the Lions, as she registered a goal and an assist against John Carroll, she then scored both goals in the first half to lead Behrend over Elmira on Sunday...Pitt-Bradford M Alexis Gibbons scored two goals for the Panthers last week, scoring one in the non-conference match-up against Lycoming and then scoring the second against LaRoche over the Weekend...Hilbert M Amber Stuck was instrumental in the teams win over Wells College this past Friday, as she scored the game-winning goal as well as creating dangerous chances for the rest of the team and shutting down the attack of the opponent before it could get going...Medaille D Kelsey Matuszak has played well on both sides of the ball, breaking up multiple scoring opportunities on defense while adding her own unassisted goal against Penn State Altoona.
