PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Hilbert G Emily Gawlak had another stellar week in AMCC play. Although the Hawks went 1-1 on the week, Gawlak produced incredible numbers. Averaging 35.5 points, 6.5 rebounds, and shooting 72.7% from behind the arc. On Wednesday vs. Penn St. Behrend, Gawlak dropped a career high of 40 points in 40 minutes. On Saturday at Penn State Altoona, Gawlak dropped 31 points to go with 11 rebounds. 

 

BEST OF THE REST: D'Youville G Danielle Hore hand another impressive week for the Spartans, leading them to a pair of wins, as she scored 22 points with 16 rebounds and seven assists on Wednesday in the team's 75-53 victory over Pitt.-Bradford, and then followed that up with 10 points, 16 rebounds and five assists in the 79-41 win over Mount Aloysius...PS-Behrend F Alanna Dibble averaged a double-double with 18.0 ppg and 10.0 ppg in two AMCC wins this week, as she led the team with 17 points and seven rebounds in a 67-64 win over Hilbert on Wednesday, shooting 100.0 percent in the final period going 3-for-3 from the field and 2-for-2 from the foul line for eight points, she tallied her seventh double-double of the season with 19 points and 13 rebounds in a 79-51 win over Pitt-Bradford on Saturday...La Roche G Ayanna Mazyck helped La Roche win their second straight AMCC regular season title with impressive performances in wins over Pitt Greensburg and Alfred State, as she scored a season-high 22 points in the AMCC game of the week against UPG, while also adding four assists, three rebounds and a steal, then on Senior Day against Alfred State at home, Mazyck picked up her team-high 5th double-double of the season with 14 points and 10 rebounds while adding a game-high six assists and three steals...Franciscan G Abby Baierl averaged 20 points per game for the week as the Lady Barons split a pair of games, she shot over 40% from the field and 33.3% from three on the week while making seven threes in two games, while also averaging 5.5 steals per game as well...Pitt-Greensburg G/F Nadege Durand recorded her 11th double-double of the season in the Bobcats' regular season finale against LRU, tallying 14 points, 11 rebounds, two assists, and two steals, helping to propel Pitt-Greensburg to its first AMCC Berth since the 2015-16 season and the first AMCC home playoff game since 2013-14...PS-Altoona G Kassidy Sorichetti had a good week for the Lady Lions at both ends of the court in a 2-1 week of AMCC play for her team, as she averaged 6.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.0 steals, and 1.7 assists per game....Pitt-Bradford G Shirleah Ragin averaged 12.5 points, 7.0 rebounds and 6.4 assists per game this week, recording 19 points, seven rebounds and two assists in her final collegiate game.
