PLAYER OF THE WEEK: La Roche F Jenna Cole helped La Roche to a 2-1 record last week, averaging a double-double with 20.7 points and 10.3 rebounds per game. Cole picked up a pair of double-doubles, with 17 points and 13 rebounds in Wednesday's victory over Pitt-Greensburg, and 25 points and 11 rebounds in Saturday's victory over D'Youville. Cole also added three assists and two steals in the victory over the Bobcats. She currently leads the AMCC in scoring with 19.8 points per game. 

 

BEST OF THE REST: Pitt-Greensburg F Nadege Durand recorded a double-double in all three of Pitt-Greensburg's games this past week, as she averaged 19.7 points and 15.0 rebounds over the three game stretch, while also hitting 21-of-28 attempts from the free-throw line, and is currently tied for sixth in the country with 13 double-doubles...Hilbert G Taylor Corts led her team to a 3-0 record this week while averaging 15 points per game and shooting 45% from 3, she averaged three assists per game from the off guard position and also set the all-time record for three-pointers made in Hilbert College women's basketball history...PS-Altoona G Finnley Christine continued her great season last week in a pair of AMCC wins for the Lady Lions, as she averaged 19.5 points per game, shooting 56.5% from the field, while also averaging 3.5 assists per game, 3.0 rebounds per game, and 1.5 steals per game...Pitt-Bradford G Latifah Cain was the driving force in Pitt-Bradford's convincing road win against Pitt-Greensburg, keeping them in the upper echelon of the conference, as she dropped a career-high 22 points in 35 minutes on 8-12 shooting and 1-1 from long range, while also grabbing three boards, dishing two assists and adding a pair of steals...D'Youville F Sara Field had an impressive week for the Spartans, earning her first start of the season, as she tallied 18 points in the first game of the week against Pitt.-Greensburg in an overtime loss, and then followed that up with 13 points against La Roche to go with four rebounds...Medaille F Brigid Taylor led the Mavericks to a 2-0 week in conference play as she averaged 16.0 points and 7.0 rebounds per game, including a career-high 17 points in Medaille's 70-58 win on the road against Franciscan...Mount Aloysius G Machala Gibbons averaged 11 points and five assists in a 1-2 week for the Mounties, including nine points, seven assists and six steals in the victory over Behrend...Franciscan G Kaitlyn Sonneberger led the Lady Barons with a season-high 18 points against Medaille, as she was 6-for-6 from the free throw line and finished the day with eight rebounds...PS-Behrend G Kourtney Beamesderfer played in three games this week averaging 12 points per game, as she scored a season-high 17 points against Hilbert on Wednesday, including three three-pointers.
