The Penn State Behrend (6-0) women's basketball team will face the Pitt-Greensburg (5-0) Bobcats on the road Monday in Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) action. Behrend and Pitt-Greensburg are the two remaining undefeated teams in the AMCC. Game time is 5:30 p.m.

The Lions have won three in a row with an 82-67 win over Penn State Altoona on Saturday. Behrend held the Altoona Lions to four points in the second quarter and held an 8-0 advantage in three-pointers for their sixth conference victory. Senior guard Caitlin Carnuche led Behrend with 22 points and five triples vs. Altoona. Senior forward Alanna Dibble posted her fifth double-digit rebounding game with 11 boards. Dibble is first in the conference in field-goal percentage (62.9) and fourth in rebounds per game (10.0). Senior guard Kara Haslett, who tallied 15 points vs. Altoona, ranks third in the AMCC in scoring with 15.2 points per game

The Bobcats kept their perfect AMCC record with a 74-61 win over Alfred State Saturday. Pitt-Greensburg, also on a three-game winning streak, boasts a 10-2 overall record and 5-0 mark in AMCC action. Senior forward Nadege Durand was voted AMCC Preseason Co-Player of the Year. Durand is second in the conference with 15.8 points per game and scored a team-best 20 points on 10-for-18 shooting against Alfred State. Last week, Sidney McCully was named the AMCC Player of the Week for leading the Bobcats in scoring vs. Medaille. 

The all-time series between Behrend and Pitt-Greensburg began in 1987-88 as The Lions hold a 30-23 lead in the series. In 2019-20, Behrend won the first game of the season and the Bobcats won the next two including a 71-53 victory in the AMCC playoffs.
