PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PS-Altoona UTIL Cameryn Feathers had a strong week at the plate to help Penn State Altoona go 4-0 after a pair of AMCC doubleheader sweeps over Pitt-Greensburg and Medaille. In Wednesday's home doubleheader wins over Pitt-Greensburg, she combined to go 2-for-6 with a run scored and a stolen base. In Saturday's road doubleheader sweep of Medaille, she was 5-for-8 with eight RBI, two runs scored, and a grand slam. On the week, Featjers hit .500 (7-for-14) with eight RBI, three runs scored, one grand slam home run, and one stolen base.

 

BEST OF THE REST: PS-Behrend 1B Samantha Manioci hit .600 in a 4-0 week for the Lions, as she was 9-for-15 with four RBIs and three runs scored, she went 7-for-8  in the double header against MAC, including a 5-for-5 showing with four RBIs in game one and then following that up with the game-winning RBI single to send home the go-ahead run vs. the Mounties...Medaille C Abbigail Doherty earned a .467 batting average on the week as she went 7-for-15 with four doubles, four RBIs and four runs scored, including an impressive day against Alfred State where she went 2-for-4 in game one with two doubles, one RBI and one run scored followed by her best game of the week where she recorded a .600 average going 3-for-5 with two doubles, her third and fourth of the day, with three RBIs and two runs scored...Mount Aloysius C/INF Tawnya Holben hit over .500 in a 1-3 week for the Mounties, as she had two multi-hit games going 3-for-4 in a win against Pitt-Greensburg and 3-for-5 in a loss to Penn State Behrend, she went 4-for-7 on the day against Behrend, driving in three runs...Hilbert C/P Victoria Grayson hit .741 in earning Hilbert's first two wins of season, totaling five hits including a triple knocking in four runs, while she was also solid behind the plate, catching both games and picking a runner off third.
